My Story
Hello fellow foodies, my name is Charu Vaidya. I love to bake, cook, sing, and take care of my adorable puppy named Xena!
Some of my biggest fans and daring taste testers are my friends, family members and coworkers. Since I am always baking for people I care about, I figured, why not share Charu's Confections with everyone! I live by my motto, "Bake Someone Happy!"
I do my best to come up with unique flavors for cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, and certain Indian Mithais (sweets). I love all types of desserts from varying regions around the world! I steer clear of anything artificial and most fondant decorations. I do my best to bake desserts that are not overpoweringly sweet.
I am always working to expand my confection knowledge and will now take orders for eggless and gluten free (GF) cakes!
The first "CharusConfections" cake was created on July 30, 2015. Featured on the right, this Mango Cream Cake delight has been a best seller from day one! Please check out the cake gallery tab to see some of my other confection creations!
